Forgotten Heroines of Two World Wars
As of August 3rd 2024, the Soroptimist International of Great Britain and Ireland, Federation Director, Lindsay Green and the Board of SIGBI would like to confirm its definite support for the Canary Girls Memorial Project and are in full agreement that there should be a memorial honouring these women in the National Memorial Arboretum!

Wednesday 8th - Storth WI, Cumbria - at 7.30pm
Wednesday 8th - Royal British Legion, Stowmarket - at 7pm
Thursday 16th - Colby WI, Cumbria - at 2pm
Thursday 30th - Preston Probus Club, Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire - at 10am
Friday 31st - Elm Tree and Fairfield WI, Stockton-on-Tees, Durham - at 2pm
